4. Student Privacy Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate consent from students or their guardians before entering their personal information into the platform. BYSEdu is a tool; compliance with applicable privacy obligations is your responsibility as the data controller.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep BYSEdu available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

BYSEdu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYSEdu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
