Is BYSEdu free to use?
Yes, BYSEdu is free to get started. You can create an account, add classes, enroll students, and start tracking fees without any upfront cost.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You can create your account with just an email address — no credit card or payment information required.
Does BYSEdu support LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees)?
Yes. BYSEdu is built natively for LKR. All fee tracking, payment records, and financial reports use Sri Lankan Rupees.
How many classes can I manage?
You can create and manage as many classes as you need. There is no limit on the number of classes, students, or sessions.
Can I track both cash and bank transfer payments?
Yes. When recording a payment, you can specify whether it was made by cash or bank transfer. Both are supported natively.
How does attendance tracking work?
After each session, you can mark attendance for each student. BYSEdu calculates attendance rates automatically and displays them on the student profile and dashboard.
Can I upload and share assignments?
Yes. You can upload assignment files from the Assignments section and distribute them to specific classes.
Is my data secure?
BYSEdu uses Clerk for authentication and Supabase for data storage, both industry-standard secure platforms. Your data is never shared with third parties.
Can I access BYSEdu on my phone?
Yes. BYSEdu is fully responsive and works on any modern smartphone browser without needing an app download.
